Rare bookends designed around 1968 by Carl Auböck III, the third generation of prominent designers and owners of the famous Werstätte Carl Auböck workshop, which has been operating in Vienna since 1900. They were handmade from nickel-plated cast iron, so they are quite heavy and can hold even large books.
