A dessert plate made from a special material called Cordalit, part of the Scandic collection—which won a gold medal at an international competition in Faenza, Italy, in 1972. It was designed in 1969 by Swedish designer Hertha Bengtson for the West German brand Thomas (a subsidiary of Rosenthal).
